FEE POLICY
- 1. The School fees are to be paid by Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft/online. Cheque/Demand Draft to be drawn in the name of "The Bishop's International School" for admission/readmission to Grade 1 to 10 and for admission/readmission to Nursery/Jr Kg/Sr Kg "Leo Kids Prep School".
- 2. At the time of admission, the first installment is payable by Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft.
- 3. The fees are payable in installments as prescribed by the school only on or before the scheduled dates. Late payment fee per installment will be levied on the overdue amount if fees are not paid within the stipulated date. For late fee charges you may enquire at the fee counter.
- 4. Fees for the entire academic year can be paid together at the time of admission. In case of paying full years fees in advance the below mentioned waivers will be applicable:
6 % waiver on Annual Fees by paying in cash/cheque/Demand Draft
Note – this waiver is not applicable on term fees and one time admission fees. Admission is completed and confirmed only upon receipt of full fees as stipulated. - 5. Once paid, fees are non-transferable / non-adjustable / non-refundable under any circumstances and are subject to the exceptions as set out in the refund policy.
- 6. If admission is cancelled midterm, no dues should be left pending. Leaving Certificate will be issued only after full and complete settlement of outstanding dues.
Application for withdrawal must be submitted to the office a minimum of 60 working days prior to the end of the term. - 7. In case of any cheque towards payment of fees being dishonored, a penalty of INR.500 or fees not paid on it's due date the management reserves its right to de-enroll the student at its discretion and levy any other penalty as it may deem fit.
- 8. No student whose fees remain unpaid in full or in part will be allowed to sit for the board examination. No internal examination results, reports, transfer certificates, leaving certificates or recommendations to future schools/colleges will be issued to such students or parents.
- 9. The school reserves the right to revise / amend the Fee Schedule from time to time.
- 10. The school reserves the right to modify and amend refund policies at any time by uploading the same on school’s website.
FEE REFUND POLICY
- 1. Admission Fee once paid to the school will not be refunded under any circumstances or for any reason whatsoever, including where a student withdraws admission or communicates his/her intention not to attend the school at any time before scheduled commencement of academic year or where after joining the school, a student withdraws admission or leaves the school before the end of that academic year.
- 2. If a student withdraws admission at any time before scheduled commencement of term, refund, if any, of fees would be by cheque only & will be subject to the following provisions:
* If a student withdraws admission before 60 working days of the scheduled date of commencement of term, 15% of the Tuition Fees that is Annual Fees and term fees will be deducted and the balance will be refunded.
* If a student withdraws admission less than 60 working days before the scheduled date of commencement of term, the first installment paid at the time of admission will not be refunded which includes a component of tuition (Annual Fees) and term fees.
* All refund applications will be processed within 2 weeks after the commencement of the Academic year. - 3. After Commencement of the Academic year, whether or not a student joins classes, under no circumstances will the Annual Fees and term fees paid to the school be refunded, if a student withdraws admission or leaves.
1. Admission Process.
- Parents can come to the admission office and collect a registration kit for Leo Kid’s Prep School or The Bishops International School (TBIS) for application from Nursery to Std 4th.
- A completed application form along with supporting documents and the cheque for 1st quarter fees is to be returned by the parents to the school office.
- The student will only be considered a confirmed admission once the first installment is paid by the parents.
2. What is the cost of the registration Kit?
The application form and brochure for admission in Leo Kids Prep School or The Bishop’s International School (TBIS) is INR 500/-.
3. What are the documents required at the time of admission?
The following documents are required to be submitted:
- Completed Application form.
- Original birth certificate of student (Applicable for admission to Nursery - Grade 1).
- Original School leaving certificate (for admission to Grade 2 and above, can be submitted later if currently unavailable).
- Photo copy of student’s Aadhar card (if available).
- UDISE Number (Unified District Information System for Education) from current school (applicable for admissions from Std 2 onwards).
- Photocopy of the current class Report Card (applicable for admissions from Std 2 onwards).
- Photocopy of Address proof (original to be carried for verification).
- 4 passport size photographs of the student.
4. What kind of entrance test will be taken at the time of admission?
No written test is conducted at Leo Kids Prep School or The Bishop’s International School (TBIS). Admissions are given on a first come, first serve basis. In fact, any sort of entrance test is illegal as per the law.

What are the modes of transport offered?
An extensive multi-route bus facility is available to parents. Each bus has a female attendant, conductor and trained driver in the bus. Your safety is our main concern.
The Bishop’s International School (TBIS) ensures that your child excels both inside and outside the school and places a lot of emphasis on extra-curricular activities.
Sports and Hobby classes are conducted every week. An extensive list of sports and hobbies will be provided to the students and they will be told to pick one hobby and one sport which they will concentrate on for the entire year.

02. How would you help students improve their English communication skills ?
Extra classes (after school hours) are organized in which English is given emphasis.
Various pedagogies are introduced into the classrooms that help the student in learning English.
Students are encouraged to only talk in English in School.
03. What kind of remedial classes will be provided for students who are not able to cope with studies? The school will do all it can to make sure your child gets the best education possible. If we find that a child is not coping up, extra classes will be provided to those students, mentors will be given to them as well. All this extra help will be done at no extra cost for the parent.
04. How well trained are your teachers? TBIS believes in quality education, hence specific focus is placed on regular teacher training with emphasis on efficiency, expertise, empathy and quality.

06. What are the school timings? The school functions in 2 shifts on weekdays, with Saturday being non-instructional days. The school remains closed on Sundays.
07. What are the vacation schedules for this academic year? All vacation dates and public holidays are mentioned in the school calendar.
08. How can I meet a class teacher/Subject teacher/Co-ordinator/Vice-Principal/Principal? Parents can meet Class Teachers and Subject teachers during the PTM organized by the school. However, if an urgent meeting is required, please fix an appointment by writing a note in the school diary.
09. What is the strength of students in each classroom? At TBIS, our Pre-primary classes will not have more than 25 students per class and higher grades will not have more than 40 students per class.
10. What other languages are offered for study in TBIS? At TBIS, we offer Hindi, Marathi, Sanskrit/French.
